Well, here's an outfit I came up with quickly for Saturday. I really wanted to wear my new sandals but it wasn't quite hot enough outside, so I grabbed my Spring 2010 shift dress and wore it with a long-sleeved black shirt under, le tout paired with my purple sparkly stars black tights for an intense black x purple combo, while I painted my nails and lips vivid red to add that "sh'pop" to the look. I like my over-the-top washed rayon with lace coat, I had worn in at the last Anna Sui fashion show but my hair turned out so horrible that I didn't post a haralook of that look, so here I can finally show the "witch coat" to you. Hope you like it. ♥
P.S.: Sorry about my frizzy curls, I had been steaming all day in the store @__@
This coat is so great, really like how the lace details give it such a strong shoulder. Color coordination is ridiculously sharp, as it always is with you haha.
Thank you Brad. I'm glad you like my "Witch Coat", I realize exactly what you (and I) like of it might be what others, if not most people would be put off by, haha. Too bad the detail shot you got was blurry, I could have shown the mesh and sequins work of the shoulders.

Like I said on facebook, computers aren't strong enough yet to display how much awesomeness is radiating from this coordination. I love it. Not many people could pull such a bold look like that, but then I think anything would look amazing on you. You have a skill at coordinating stuff.
As for the coat, I LOVE IT. I wouldn't wear that, because it's way out of my comfort zone and therefore the confidence aspect of rocking a look would totally be inexistent. But again, you have that magic spark that many many people don't have.
When I see you wearing stuff like that, I can't keep myself from repeating what I said when you got mistaken for a model in NYC. YOU ARE runway material!!

Thanks! Coordinating colours is like 60% of the fun for me when building an outfit
And yeah, I liked to pair this coat with the shift dress because, well, a shift dress gives no silhouette really haha. I do love straight shift dresses but I wanted something more girly to go with the heels.
As for the shoes, yes they are. They're my precious babies. I mean, they're runway only! Only a handful of them were produced as samples, but I asked the NYC Soho store to put their sample pair aside for me... thank god they're so nice haha ♥
