Kinda the same thing as the other day, but I'd like to hear some thoughts on the pants. They're just cuffed and pulled up—I'm considering either hemming them or stitching them (so that the cuff stays). Then again, it might be easier/better to pick up a pair of UU cropped pants or something. Also not so sure that the shape of the jacket's shoulders are doing me many favors.

Hey, this is actually my first post here (so hi! hello!). I'm a big fan of the flowy/drapey/texture-crazy looks of Yohji, Rick, Damir, AnnD outfits, and I also find their gothic/punk turn really attractive. I don't really know much about Japanese fashion (beyond Yohji, I guess), so I hope that I can learn some new stuff on this board to broaden my primarily Western palette.

This is just a modest attempt at approximating some elements of the aforementioned looks on a (quite a bit) lower budget. I wish I had pants and t's with more interesting fabrics/textures, but I'm not really sure where to look. In any case, I just wore this today while walking around a nearby park, getting some Parisian sun, and smiling at cute French kids being adorable with their parents.

If you are into Japanese fashion, specifically Lolita fashions, you really need to check out the film Kamikaze Girls (Shimotsuma Story or 下妻物語 in Japanese). It's about a Lolita and a Yankee (ヤンキー) biker chick that become friends. You'd probably also appreciate the side-story about bootleg fashion. "Versache X Universal Studios Japan! Fashion is about double brands these days!"

Hello all!

Always wanted to try or own something from the famous Anna Sui Cosmetics line? I've finally decided to act on something I've always thought to do: a shopping service for Anna Sui makeup!

I know how hard this Japanese Cosmetics brand can be to get a hold of. I'm lucky enough to live close to the exclusive Anna Sui Cosmetics selling point of my province, so I'd like to offer the chance to own some of these fantastic makeup products to everyone else too!

COST:
To start, my shopping service will be FREE. Free for any Quebec citizen, and free for any member of HARAJUJU. I'll only charge the products costs -- with its 15% stupid tax -- and shipping. If it ever gets big enough, I might add a small flat fee, but for now, I want to make it as accessible as possible. I won't accept International orders as of yet except USA if you are a HARAJUJU user (and not one that registered solely for this.)

PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal payments, but I don't want to pay the paypal fee, so either we find a way around it or you add it to your payment.
I will go to the Anna Sui counter every weekend, so you need to send me your payment before then during the week if you want me to grab your products the coming weekend.

SHIPPING:
I'll charge 5$ for regional-no tracking shipping, 10$ for regional/national with tracking and 15$ for USA with tracking. If it costs less than that, I'll credit you on your next order; if it's more, you'll have an owing balance on your next order. If you prefer, it is possible for you to send the payment for the products themselves and the shipping separately if you wish to send the exact amount for shipping (I'll go have your package weighted and its shipping price calculated first in this case, which will lengthen the process.)

GIFTS WITH PURCHASE:
Sometimes, the Anna Sui counter offers gifts with purchase (gwp). It's usually a makeup pouch containing Anna Sui skincare samples and/or full makeup products (such as lipsticks, lipglosses, eyeshadows and nail polishes.) They are a great way to get acquainted with other Anna Sui cosmetics if you're not already familiar with them! In order to get one, you need to buy over a certain price (before taxes), ranging from 60$ to 75$ depending on the GwP. If you want the advantageous GwP but that your order amount doesn't meet the minimum requirement, I can add in Anna Sui blotting papers or any other cheap products. We can discuss this before I go as I know all the prices of all the products in stock

Also, I will slip in a free sample of one of Anna Sui's fragrances! If there is one in particular you would like to try, just mention it and if they have samples of it in stock, you'll have it. ♥

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY:
Unfortunately, my Anna Sui counter is often a bit behind on the new lines. They order almost every limited edition products but still don't have the new Perfect Mascara for example. As I said, I know all they have so I'll tell you if we don't have what you are looking for. If you wish, I can also direct you to an alternative!

Right now, the GwP is a travel makeup pouch containing two small samples of the Moisturizing Gel Cream (my favourite!), two small samples of the Moisturizing Eye Treatment Cream and either a Nail Art Color N #270 bottle (previous line, as our counter hasn't received the revamped line yet) or a Lip Gloss C #001 "Clear Star" (which I LOVE to put over my favourite matte lipsticks for that ultra-lacquered pout!). You need to spend minimum 60$ before taxes if you want to take advantage of this GwP.

As usual I fail to get a good clear snap so I put 2. I look like cozy granma today (minis hair) but I don't care, it's not a strong outfit but this is pretty much something I put together on very daily days (I teach crafts, child-mind 1-6 yr olds, babysit, I go to college and attend messy art workshops)
Mainly I've just wanted to try my skull scarf as a skirt/wrap sort of.
